一台大型发电机是一个复杂系统,由于其绝缘故障与征兆之间的关系模糊复杂,因此很难用精确的方法来诊断。为此,在SJY-1射频监测仪支持下,提出用模糊推理的方法来诊断发电机的绝缘故障。然后,给出了用于模糊诊断的模糊量词修饰词的量化表、征兆隶属度的初始假设公式和推理确信度的计算公式,并设计了一个切实可行的基于模糊产生式规则推理的故障诊断系统。实践表明,用射频监测技术和模糊诊断技术对发电机绝缘状态进行监测和诊断是有效的。
A large generator is a complex system that is difficult to diagnose in an accurate way because of the fuzzy and complex relationship between its insulation faults and symptoms. Therefore, with the support of SJY-1 RF monitor, the method of fuzzy inference is proposed to diagnose the generator insulation fault. Then, the quantification table of fuzzy quantifier modifiers used in fuzzy diagnosis, the initial hypothesis formula of sign membership degree and the calculation formula of reasoning reliability are given, and a practical fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy production rule reasoning is designed. . Practice shows that it is effective to monitor and diagnose the insulation state of generator by radio frequency monitoring technology and fuzzy diagnosis technology.
