用普通车床装上一套工具即可液压出刻度环。这套工具的特点是制造简单,安装方便。结构如图。操作时我们体会应当注意以下事项:1.选择机床转速:30～50转/分;2.要加充分冷却液,才能得到清晰的刻度;3.装工具时要使滚轮轴平行于机床主轴。
