采用双面搅拌摩擦点焊工艺,以2 mm厚5052铝合金为研究对象,设计了四因素四水平的正交试验,研究了搅拌头旋转速度、进给量、进给速度及停留时间的匹配关系及对接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌头旋转速度是影响接头剪切力的四个因素中最主要的因素,使用最优工艺参数焊接的接头剪切力达到6.3 k N,接头显微硬度呈现W形,焊核区硬度与母材相当,约为83 HV,最低硬度出现在焊核区与热机影响区之间,约为45 HV。
A double-side friction stir spot welding process was adopted. A 2 mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy was selected as the research object.
