基于正交试验的双面搅拌摩擦点焊工艺研究

采用双面搅拌摩擦点焊工艺,以2 mm厚5052铝合金为研究对象,设计了四因素四水平的正交试验,研究了搅拌头旋转速度、进给量、进给速度及停留时间的匹配关系及对接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌头旋转速度是影响接头剪切力的四个因素中最主要的因素,使用最优工艺参数焊接的接头剪切力达到6.3 k N,接头显微硬度呈现W形,焊核区硬度与母材相当,约为83 HV,最低硬度出现在焊核区与热机影响区之间,约为45 HV。 A double-side friction stir spot welding process was adopted. A 2 mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy was selected as the research object. An orthogonal experiment with four factors and four levels was designed. The lowest hardness occurs between the nugget area and the heat affected zone (about 45 HV).
