目的观察低温等离子体空气消毒机对空气中细菌和病毒气溶胶的灭活效果。方法使用气溶胶发生器在密闭气溶胶暴露柜内分别发生细菌和病毒气溶胶,采用六级Andersen采样器采集柜内空气,评价该空气消毒机对人工发生的细菌和病毒气溶胶的灭活效果。结果该低温等离子体空气消毒机对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌和噬菌体Phi X174气溶胶的净化效率(除菌率)分别为99.98%、99.98%和99.95%。结论该低温等离子体空气消毒机对密闭空间内空气中细菌和病毒气溶胶灭活效果较好。
Objective To observe the inactivation effect of bacteria and virus aerosol in air by low temperature plasma air sterilizer. Methods Bacteria and virus aerosols were generated in an airtight aerosol exposure cabinet by using an aerosol generator. The six-stage Andersen sampler was used to collect the air in the cabinet, and the inactivation effect of the air disinfection machine on artificial bacteria and virus aerosols was evaluated . Results The purification efficiency (sterilization rate) of the low temperature plasma air disinfection machine for Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus and phage Phi X174 aerosol were 99.98%, 99.98% and 99.95%, respectively. Conclusion The low-temperature plasma air disinfector has a better inactivation of bacteria and virus aerosols in the air in confined space.
