在既有线铁路立交桥涵施工中,顶进施工具备结构性能优良、安全可靠、工期短、对既有线影响小等优点。该工艺在既有线铁路立交桥涵施工中得到越来越多的使用。但是如何更好的解决桥涵顶进施工过程中高程和方向控制仍然是一个普遍存在的难题。从箱涵顶进过程中箱体的受力入手,对影响顶进施工高程和方向的因素进行分析。并根据分析结果提出解决的相应措施。以实际工程为例,借鉴成功的施工经验,结合理论知识,为今后既有线铁路立交桥涵顶进施工中高程和方向控制提供一定的参考。
In the construction of existing railway line overpass culvert, the jacking construction has the advantages of excellent structural performance, safety and reliability, short construction period and little impact on existing lines. The technology in the existing railway line overpass culvert construction more and more use. However, how to better solve the elevation and direction control during the construction of the bridges and culverts remains a ubiquitous problem. From the box culvert into the process of stress box start, the impact of jacking construction elevation and direction of the factors are analyzed. And according to the analysis results to solve the corresponding measures. Taking practical engineering as an example, drawing on successful construction experience and combining with theoretical knowledge, this paper will provide reference for elevation and direction control of jacking construction of existing railway line overpass in the future.
