家兔是国内生理学实验常用动物。在人工通气维持呼吸的实验中,要求每个实验者在整个实验中都使用血气监测装置,目前还很难办到。多数作者是通过测定呼出气CO_2浓度来调节通气量的。然而对通气量大小的调节各个作者的报告不尽一致。本实验目的是观察部分家兔人工通气呼出气平均CO_2浓度与血气分析值关系,为条件相近的实验者提供调节人工通气的参数作参考。
Rabbits are commonly used animal experiments in domestic physiology. In artificial ventilation to maintain breathing experiments, requiring each experimenter to use blood gas monitoring device throughout the experiment, it is still very difficult to do. Most authors regulate ventilation by measuring CO 2 concentration in exhaled air. However, the reports of various authors on the adjustment of ventilation are not the same. The purpose of this experiment is to observe the relationship between the mean CO2 concentration of artificial ventilation expiratory gas and the blood gas analysis value of some rabbits, and to provide parameters for the experimenter with similar conditions to adjust artificial ventilation as a reference.
