云南省总工会于最近向全省各级工会组织发出通知,要求各级工会组织加强群众监督,搞好安全生产。 1.各级工会必须广泛发动职工群众,在安全生产工作中,把监督与协助和配合结合起来,扎扎实实开展群众监督检查活动,使工会组织真正成为职工群众的代表。 2.工会要积极协助和配合行政制定和完善安全生产责任制。本着“管生产必须管安全”的原则,保证安全管理工作实现“五同时”。工会必须在保障职工的安全与健康方面为职工说话办事,这是由工会的性质和职能所决定的。
The Yunnan Federation of Trade Unions recently issued a circular to trade union organizations at all levels across the province, requiring all levels of trade unions to step up supervision by the masses and improve safety in production. 1. The trade unions at all levels must mobilize the masses of workers and staff extensively, integrate supervision, assistance and cooperation in safety production so as to carry out mass supervision and inspection in a down-to-earth manner so that the trade union organizations truly become the representatives of the workers and the masses. 2. The trade unions should actively assist and cooperate with the government to formulate and improve the safety responsibility system. In the “tube production must be safe” principle, to ensure safety management to achieve “five simultaneous.” Trade unions must speak for employees in safeguarding the safety and health of workers, which is determined by the nature and functions of the unions.
