旋压引伸设备常用于杯形件拉拔成型后壁厚偏差的校正成形,但常因旋压工作位置温度过高,使用寿命短,仅限于单件试制生产,不能广泛推广使用。本文基于对该设备的结构及成形工艺的分析,采用冷却液与加工部位隔离的设计思路,设计了冷却系统,并建立模型,通过冷却液的流动分析及涡旋分析,优化了冷却系统设计,延长了设备的使用寿命。
Spinning extension equipment commonly used in cup forming after drawing the formation of the deviation of the wall thickness, but often because of the spinning position temperature is too high, the service life is short, limited to a single trial production, can not be widely used. Based on the analysis of the structure and forming process of this equipment, the cooling system was designed and the model was established by adopting the design idea of separating the coolant from the machining area. The cooling system design was optimized through the flow analysis and vortex analysis. Extend the life of the equipment.
