为了对普遍关心的问题提供答案,本文对发动机油和涡轮油对涡轮增压器的润滑性能做了比较,并推荐使用后者。研究了换油周期及费用,举出了影响轴承寿命(达20000h)的因素,分析了压气机、涡轮和密封件的污染,描述了用水和颗粒清洗的效果。对腐蚀和使用重油的影响与叶片修复的不同方法一起做了讨论。由于增压器效率下降5%导致燃油消耗上升1～3%,故定期的清洗和维护保养是非常值得做的。
In order to provide answers to commonly-concerned questions, this paper compares the lubricating performance of turbochargers with engine oil and turbine oil and recommends the latter. The oil change intervals and costs were investigated, the factors affecting the bearing life (up to 20000 h) were cited, the contamination of the compressor, turbine and seals was analyzed, and the effect of water and particle cleaning was described. The effects on corrosion and the use of heavy oil are discussed with different approaches to blade repair. As the turbocharger efficiency decreased by 5% lead to an increase in fuel consumption of 1 to 3%, so regular cleaning and maintenance is well worth doing.
