患者男 ,6 0岁。因左眼视力逐渐下降 2个月 ,于 1999年 3月 12日来我科就诊。患者 2个月前左眼视力下降 ,眼前暗影遮挡 ,此后视力逐渐下降至手动。无眼痛、头痛症状。眼科检查 :远视力 :右眼 0 .6 ,左眼手动 /眼前 ;近视力 :右眼 0 .5 ,左眼手动 /眼前。双眼视力均不能矫正。双
