今天我们在这里召开淮河流域水土保持生态环境建设工作会议,旨在深入贯彻十五届三中全会精神、进一步落实党中央国务院关于灾后重建的重要指示;认真总结淮河流域水土保持生态环境建设经验,讨论修订淮河流域水土保持生态环境建设项目的有关管理办法;部署今后一个时期的工作任务,全面启动、实施水土保持生态环境建设“十百千”示范工程。现在,我代表淮河水利委员会作工作报告。
We are here today to hold a working meeting on soil and water conservation and ecological environment in the Huaihe River Basin, aiming to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and further implement the Party Central Committee and State Council’s important instructions on post-disaster reconstruction; conscientiously sum up the experience of ecological construction of soil and water conservation in the Huaihe River Basin, Discuss the revision of the Huaihe River Basin Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Environment Construction Project Management Measures; the deployment of the work for a period of time tasks, the full launch, implementation of soil and water conservation ecological environment “ten hundred thousand” demonstration project. Now, on behalf of the Huaihe River Water Resources Commission, I will give a working report.
