随着我国煤炭行业的不断发展,煤矿企业员工的思想意识、行为方式都发生了明显的变化,企业的思想政治工作面临着新的严峻挑战。当前企业的思想政治工作,普遍存在说服力不够的问题,这不仅影响了员工的工作情绪,而且直接或间接地束缚了企业的健康发展。如何适应新形势变化,与时俱进地增强思想政治工作的说服力,使我们的工作更好地适应不断变化的新情况,解决新问题,成为当前一个现实而紧迫的问题。
With the continuous development of China’s coal industry, the thinking and behavior of coal mine employees have undergone significant changes. The ideological and political work of enterprises is facing new and severe challenges. The current enterprise’s ideological and political work, there is widespread persuasion is not enough, which not only affects the staff’s emotional mood, but also directly or indirectly bound the healthy development of enterprises. How to adapt to the changes in the new situation, enhance the persuasive power of ideological and political work with the times, and make our work better adapt to constantly changing new situations and solve new problems has become a real and urgent issue at present.
