目的：探讨Truview EVO2可视喉镜在困难气道气管插管的使用方法和可行性。方法选择 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,年龄26~71岁的困难气道患者50例,用Truview EVO2可视喉镜置入气管导管内引导,采用经口腔中央入路，LED显示器确认声门、插入气管导管的方法完成气管插管。结果45例1次插管成功,插管完成时间约5~45s,4例2次插管成功,1例失败后改用纤维支气管镜插管,所有患者均无明显的咽喉黏膜损伤。结论 Truview EVO2可视喉镜引导气管插管是一个简便、快速、安全、易学的好方法,尤其在困难气道方面具有较多的优势,值得广泛普及。“,”Objective:to study the Truview EVO2 visual laryngoscope in dif icult tracheal intubation airway use method and feasibility.
