(接上期)第二十三式气贯大椎接上式:双掌心相对,沿百会至玉枕到大椎穴,用中指点按大椎穴。(图19)要点:通过中指点按使督脉中的大椎穴放开,将手中的能量贯入此穴。此穴是人体督脉中的门户,点按时用力要适度。第二十四式气回大地接上式:双手沿项从腋下穿过,向后沿膀胱经下行至两足外侧的至阴穴,气入大地。(图20)要点:手沿膀胱经向下行,以中指为准贴近膀胱经上的穴道,依次到至阴穴,手与地面相接。第二十五式就地拜佛(同十五式)
