用电烫法去除大鼠双侧甲状旁腺(PTX),造成实验性甲状旁腺功能减退症(甲旁减)动物模型,经2个月低钙饲料喂养后,血清总钙和可扩散钙明显减少(各比对照组减少41%和48%),血清磷明显升高(增加84%)。PTX鼠脑的钙、磷含量亦随血清浓度有所改变,无显著差异,而脑的钙/磷比值明显降低。PTX鼠肾脏皮质cAMP和钙调素(CaM)含量明显减少,大脑皮层和纹状体CaM也明显降低,而脑突触体~(45)Ca摄取量显著增高。本文对上述结果与临床甲旁减所见脑钙化之间的关系进行了分析
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PTX) were removed by electroporation, resulting in an experimental animal model of hypoparathyroidism (hypoparathyroidism). After 2 months of low-calcium diet, serum total calcium and diffusible calcium were significantly increased Decreased (41% and 48% less than control, respectively), serum phosphorus was significantly elevated (84% increase). The content of calcium and phosphorus in brain of PTX rats also changed with the serum concentration, but there was no significant difference, but the ratio of calcium to phosphorus in brain decreased obviously. The content of cAMP and calmodulin (CaM) in renal cortex of PTX rats decreased significantly, while the CaM of cerebral cortex and striatum also decreased significantly, but the uptake of ~ (45) Ca in brain synaptosome was significantly increased.
