随着社会的进步和科技的发展,为适应人们日益增长的需求,建筑行业由此而兴起,随之建筑节能技术也相继问世,由于我国建筑节能技术运用的时间比较短,技术不够纯熟,开发商和住户对建筑节能技术认识不够全面,只顾及自己的利益最大化,阻碍了建筑节能技术广泛应用。现在我国在建筑节能技术有许多不足,它的应用与推广存在很多的问题,值得我们去思索,去实施。为了建筑节能技术在我国能够充分的发挥作用,这就需要工作人员和相关部门加强对建筑节能技术的认识与探索,为建筑行业营造良好的环境,使我国的建筑行业健康有序的发展。

Because of the short time of application of building energy-saving technologies in our country, Business and household awareness of building energy-saving technologies is not comprehensive enough, only to maximize their own interests, hindering the widespread use of building energy-saving technologies. Now our country has many deficiencies in building energy-saving technology, its application and promotion there are many problems, it is worth us to think, to implement. In order to fully play the role of building energy-saving technology in our country, it requires staff and relevant departments to strengthen awareness and exploration of building energy-saving technologies, to create a good environment for the construction industry and to make the construction industry in our country develop in a healthy and orderly manner.
