The plastic strain rate is an important factor that reflects the mechanical properties of a solid material in the plastic state under dynamic action. It should be considered in the analysis and calculation of plastic dynamics. This paper uses the functional based on the elastic-viscoplastic dynamic constitutive model. Analytical theory derives the incremental functional of the plastic dynamics problem.
