从中医中药中寻求治疗痛风安全有效的药物及制剂 ,是符合临床需要的 ,我们根据多年诊治痛风有效中药组方 ,研制成中药“痛风消”组合剂 ,并对其主要药效学进行了试验 ,结果表明“痛风消”组合剂对微晶型尿酸钠 (MSU)诱导大鼠足跖肿胀的影响及对小鼠的镇痛作用均有明显效果 ,值得进一步开发研究
The search for safe and effective drugs and preparations for gout from Chinese medicine is in line with clinical needs. According to the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treating gout for many years, we developed the traditional Chinese medicine “Tongfengxiao” composition and tested its main pharmacodynamics. The results showed that the “Tongfengxiao” composition had significant effect on the swelling of the paw of rats induced by microcrystalline sodium urate (MSU) and the analgesic effect on mice. It is worth further research and development.
