4月4日,县级公立医院综合改革电视电话会议召开,同日国家卫生计生委、财政部、中央编办、国家发改委、人社部5部门联合下发《关于推进县级公立医院综合改革的意见》,要求201 4年要进一步扩大县级公立医院综合改革试点,今年试点县增加到1 011个,覆盖全国50%以上的县,5亿人口,201 5年全面推开。而在9日,发改委发布的《关于非公立医疗机构医疗服务实行市场调节价有关问题的通知》中称,各地要督促落实非公立医疗机构医疗服务价格实行市场调节的相关政策。分析人士指出,中央强调做好“破除以药补医、创新体制机制、充分调动医务人员积极性”三篇大文章,体现对深化公立医院改革的决心和信心,政策环境不断转暖,而对民营医院医疗服务价格松绑,也将推动民营医疗进入黄金投资期,我国的医疗改革正在提速。
