随着首都建设事业的发展,高层和重要建筑物不断出现,地基问题显得越来越重要。北京地区地面土质一般较差,承载力较低。但在地下4~12米左右的深度,则大多是老土层或砂卵石层,土质密实,承载能力高,较适宜桩基础。在施工上采用桩基将比其它地基工程具备一些优点,例如可以不考虑地下水位高低的影响,可以避免开挖土方及回填土方的繁重工作
With the development of the capital construction industry and the emergence of high-rise and important buildings, the foundation issue becomes more and more important. The ground soil in Beijing is generally poor and has low bearing capacity. However, in the depth of about 4 to 12 meters underground, most of them are old soil layers or sand and pebble layers. They have dense soil, high bearing capacity, and are more suitable for pile foundations. The use of pile foundation in construction will have some advantages over other foundation projects. For example, the impact of the level of groundwater level can be ignored, and the heavy work of excavating earthwork and backfilling earth can be avoided.
