关于运动中的血液循环调控,一般认为运动受中枢神经的运动指令控制,并受到动脉压力反射、肌肉化学反射和肌肉机械反射的调节。中枢性指令运动时下丘脑运动神经元发出运动指令,同时激活心血管和肌肉运动系统,迅速撤消迷走神经作用,使心率、心输出量和血压立即升高,而对交感神经活性(SNA)则几乎无直接的影响,但这不能解释低强度运动时SNA 的增加。对“流量误差”和“血压误差”纠正的作用亦不明。肌肉化学反射当运动肌的血流量低于维持肌肉有氧代谢的阈值时,或肌乳酸释放增加时可激活
