目的 :在不影响色谱分析精度的前提下 ,研究高效液相色谱 (HPLC)的高效压缩和滤波算法。方法 :利用二进制多分辩率子波变换高频分量基线为 0和色谱分析的特点 ,并通过采用合适的数据存贮结构 ,提出了一种基于 9层二进制多分辨子波变换的HPLC数据的滤波和高效压缩算法。结果 :该算法对HPLC数据具有平均高达 112倍的大压缩比 ,并且具有良好的滤波效果 ,还可实时快速实现。结论 :算法很适用于色谱分析预处理和基于数据库的HPLC数据存贮和管理的需要
Objective: To study the efficient compression and filtering algorithms of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) without affecting the accuracy of chromatographic analysis. Methods: Using binary multiresolution wavelet to transform the baseline of high frequency component into zero and analyze the characteristics of chromatograms, a filter based on 9-layer binary multiresolution wavelet transform was proposed by using suitable data storage structure. And efficient compression algorithm. Results: The algorithm has an average compression ratio up to 112 times higher than that of HPLC data, and has good filtering effect and can be realized in real time. Conclusion: The algorithm is well suited to the needs of chromatographic pretreatment and database-based HPLC data storage and management
