目的:了解连翘酯苷对DNA损伤的防护作用。方法:采用紫外分光光度法、TBA法在脱氧核糖水平上研究连翘酯苷对Phen-CuSO4-Vc系统引起的DNA损伤的防护效能,同时设甘露醇作对照。结果:连翘酯苷能明显减轻Phen-Cu-SO4-Vc系统对脱氧核糖的降解,能抑制脱氧核糖的损伤,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增强,对由Phen-CuSO4-Vc系统引起的DNA损伤的抑制率优于甘露醇。结论:连翘酯苷对·OH引发的DNA损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To understand the protective effect of Forsythiaside on DNA damage. METHODS: UV spectrophotometry and TBA method were used to study the protective efficacy of Forsythiaside against DNA damage induced by Phen-CuSO4-Vc system at the level of deoxyribose. Simultaneously, mannitol was used as a control. Results: Forsythiaside could significantly reduce the degradation of deoxyribose in Phen-Cu-SO4-Vc system and inhibit the damage of deoxyribose. The inhibitory effect increased with the increase of concentration, which was caused by the Phen-CuSO4-Vc system. The inhibition of DNA damage is superior to mannitol. Conclusion: Forsythiaside has a protective effect against DNA damage induced by OH.
