用气相色谱法对空气中环氧乙烷进行了测定。采用徽章式扩散型被动式采样器采集了车间空气中的环氧乙烷,采集到的环氧乙烷在采样器中转化生成稳定的2-溴乙醇,再用二氯甲烷-甲醇(10+90)溶液进行萃取,分取此溶液1.0μL直接进样进行气相色谱分析,根据测定溶液中2-溴乙醇的量来确定空气中环氧乙烷的含量。环氧乙烷的质量浓度在2.8~33.6 mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.38 mg.L-1。方法的回收率在81.8%~92.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。
Ethylene oxide was measured in the air by gas chromatography. Ethylene oxide in the air of the workshop was collected using a passive diffuser of the diffuser type.
