碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)已成为民用飞机结构的主材料。特别是复合材料在机翼、尾翼结构上的应用,对于民用飞机减轻结构重量,改善飞行品质,降低维护成本,延长使用寿命等方面具有显著效果。该文面向飞机复合材料结构的工程研发,研究并总结了复合材料翼面结构设计与优化的任务、方法及流程。通过算例分析验证了方法的有效性及适用性。
Carbon fiber composite material (CFRP) has become the main material of civil aircraft structure. In particular, the application of composite materials in the structure of the wing and the tail has significant effects on reducing the weight of the structure of civil aircraft, improving the flight quality, reducing the maintenance cost and prolonging the service life. In this paper, the research and development of aircraft composite structure is studied and the tasks, methods and processes of the design and optimization of composite airfoil structure are studied and summarized. Through the example analysis, the validity and applicability of the method are verified.
