行星架是行星齿轮减速器的主要元件之一。图1所示为煤科院上海所设计、本厂试制的新产品MG—150双滚筒采煤机所用的2K—H型行星减速器行星架的简图。行星齿轮的心轴安在其中。行星齿轮间载荷分配的均匀程度取决于心轴轴线之间的位置精度。也就是说,行星架中各相应孔的位置精度将影响减速器的承载能力、噪音和振动的大小。因此,为了保证行星齿轮心轴轴线的位置精度,一般需要在座标镗床上加工行星架的心轴孔。由于本厂缺乏这种设备,我们设计了专用镗床模在T—68普通镗床上加工行星架心轴孔。实践证明加工的精度能满足设计要求。这对缺乏精密机床设备的工厂加工和维修采煤机行星减速器中的行星架有一定意义。现将我厂加工方法介绍如下。
