国有股减持是国有经济“有进有退”战略目标的具体体现,目标定位应是完善法人治理结构,提高上市公司质量,减持方法以国有股每股净资产为底价实行二级市场竞价方式。
The reduction of state-owned shares is a concrete manifestation of the strategic goal of “making progress and retreat” in the state-owned economy. The target orientation should be to perfect the corporate governance structure and improve the quality of listed companies. The reduction method adopts the secondary market bidding approach with the net assets per share of state-owned shares as the reserve price.
