当前世界发展的一个明显趋势就是科学技术日新月异,科技在经济发展中的作用越来越大,人类正在走向知识经济与可持续发展的时代。高科技创新与开发,已成为影响国家综合国力与国际竞争力的最重要因素。在不久前召开的全国政协第九届会议上,许多全国政协委员都就我国发展科技的战略问题发表了意见和建议。就此,我们对与会的部分科技界著名人士进行了采访,他们对记者谈到了自己的看法。辜胜阻 (武汉大学战略管理研究院院长、武汉市副市长):面对21世纪知识经济时代的机遇与挑战,发展我国高技术产业应当作为重要的战略,我们应当制定促进我国高新技术产业发展的正确的对策:
An obvious trend in the current world development is the rapid progress of science and technology. The role of science and technology in economic development is growing. Humankind is moving towards an era of knowledge-based economy and sustainable development. High-tech innovation and development have become the most important factor affecting the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of the country.
