目的论述多测头圆度及轴系测量误差分离方法的一般原理、测量误差的传播规律以及测圆精度与测头数目的关系.方法在满足误差分离条件的前提下,增加测头和引入冗余测量方程以减小测头的读数及角位置误差对测圆精度的影响.通过误差分析及实验考察了测圆精度与测头数目的关系.结果与结论3点法不能进一步提高测圆精度;引入冗余测量信息能有效减小测头读数及角位置误差对测圆精度的影响,4点法测圆精度有显著改善;多于4个测头时,测圆精度不再随之有明显提高.
Aim To discuss the general principle of error separation method of multi-probe roundness and axis measurement, the propagation of measurement error and the relationship between the accuracy of circle measurement and the number of probes. The method is based on the premise of satisfying the condition of error separation, adding the probe and introducing the redundant measurement equation to reduce the influence of the probe reading and the angular position error on the circle measuring accuracy. Through error analysis and experiment, the relationship between the measuring accuracy and the number of probes is investigated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The 3-point method can not further improve the rounding accuracy. The introduction of redundant measurement information can effectively reduce the impact of the probe reading and angular position error on the rounding accuracy. The rounding accuracy of the 4-point method is significantly improved. More than 4 When the probe, the accuracy of measuring the circle no longer significantly improved.
