基于“干中学”的思想,建立了一个资源和环境约束下的两部门内生经济增长模型。利用动态优化作为基本分析工具,得到了该模型的最优稳态增长解。在模型稳态增长解的基础上,进一步讨论了经济可持续增长的必要条件和规范特征,即耗竭性资源消耗速率、经济系统中各类消费偏好和技术参数、污染强度变化率与经济增长之间应满足的动态关系。
Based on the idea of “learning by doing”, a two-sector endogenous economic growth model under the constraints of resources and environment was established. Using dynamic optimization as the basic analysis tool, the optimal steady-state growth solution of the model is obtained. On the basis of the steady state growth model, the necessary conditions and normative characteristics of sustainable economic growth are further discussed, namely the depletion rate of depleted resources, the preferences of all kinds of consumers in the economic system and technical parameters, the rate of change of pollution intensity and economic growth Between the dynamic relationship should be satisfied.
