[目的]建立草铵膦原药中铵离子定量分析的离子色谱方法。[方法]采用离子色谱法,使用电导检测器和Dionex Ion Pac CS12A阳离子分析柱,在12 mmol/L甲基磺酸水溶液淋洗条件下,对铵离子进行分离和测定。[结果]当铵离子质量浓度为0.43~8.51 mg/L时,铵离子的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.09;变异系数为1.0%,平均回收率为99.6%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、灵敏,适合于草铵膦原药中铵离子的定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of ammonium ion in glufosinate original drug by ion chromatography. [Method] The ammonium ion was separated and determined by ion chromatography with conductivity detector and Dionex Ion Pac CS12A cation column under the condition of 12 mmol / L methanesulfonic acid aqueous solution. [Result] When the concentration of ammonium ion was 0.43 ~ 8.51 mg / L, the linear correlation coefficient of ammonium ion was 0.9998 and the standard deviation was 0.09. The coefficient of variation was 1.0% and the average recovery was 99.6%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the quantitative analysis of ammonium ion in glufosinate - original drug.
