设计了一种以STM32F103为微处理器核心的桥式起重机安全监控系统。采用高精度计时芯片TDC-GP22作为监控系统测距核心,通过计算激光返回接收器的时间差,准确计算桥式起重机的主梁下挠度和大车行程极限距离;采用触摸屏作为人机交互界面进行参数的设置与显示。经试验该桥式起重机安全监控系统运行稳定、能够很好地对各种模拟故障发出预警。
An overhead crane safety monitoring system based on STM32F103 microprocessor is designed.
