凸轮零件按靠模磨削的精加工工序中,颇感困难的是夹具靠模的制造问题,它常会成为厂中的生产关键。在学习兄弟厂先进经验的基础上,我们改进了靠模磨创夹具秸构,放宽了对靠模的加工要求。夹具安装在万能磨床上,用内磨头对凸轮零件进行外圆磨创。凸轮型面尺寸是以极坐标点的位置确定的,加工保证其径向误差在±0.01毫米范围内。夹具的工作原理如下(见附图):运动由磨床拨盘经行星减速器1减速后,借十字接头2傅至夹具主轴3。磨床主轴固定不转动。轴3
Cam parts by the mold grinding finishing process, quite difficult is the fixture by the mold manufacturing problems, it often becomes the factory production key. Based on the advanced experience of Brothers Factory, we improved the structure of the fixture by the mold grinding and relaxed the processing requirements of the mold.
