我院是具有430张床位的干部结核病疗养院。由于结核病是一种慢性病,需要一个相当长时间的疗养,而住院久了,病人感到苦闷,焦燥,再加上或多或少的家庭及个人生活等问题,对安心休养就会有影响。因此对长期住院疗养的病人,加强政治思想教育,安排规律生活,帮助他们解决有关家庭及个人生活问题,安定养病情绪,就成为疗养工作中一项十分重要的工作。我们对这项工作还缺乏经验,存在的问题还很多,现仅提出我们的作法,愿意和大家讨论。在开院初期,于院长办公室内设政治干事二人专作病人思想教育工作,病房内还设有服务窒,有干部二人,负责病人的书报供应及协助病人搞文娱活动等工作。后来感到工作分散,影响病人生活的统一安排,疗养生活不够丰富和规律,与治疗上配合有困难。遂于56年第二季度将原设政治干事及服务室合并为生活指导部,集中任务,统一领导,按工作性质包 Our hospital is a cadre tuberculosis sanatorium with 430 beds. As tuberculosis is a chronic disease and requires a relatively long period of convalescence, hospitalization for a long time, patients suffering from depression and anxiety, coupled with more or less problems of family and personal life, will have an impact on recuperation. Therefore, it has become a very important task for rehabilitative work to strengthen long-term inpatient and recuperation patients’ education in political and ideological fields, arrange regular life, and help them solve problems related to family and personal life and ease their emotions. We still lack experience in this work. There are still many problems. We are just presenting our own proposal and are ready to discuss with Members. In the early days of the court, there were two political officers specializing in the ideological education of patients in the office of the president. There were also services including stifling, cadres and two departments in charge of the writing and reporting of patients’ information and assisting patients to engage in cultural and recreational activities. Later, I felt that the work was scattered and the unified arrangements affecting the life of the patients were not enough and the laws of life were not enough. It was difficult to cooperate with the treatment. Then in the second quarter of 56 the original political officer and service room merged into life guidance department, focus on tasks, unified leadership, according to the nature of the work package
