马克思说过,每个时代都有属于自己的问题,准确地把握并解决它,就会把政治、思想和人类大大地向前推进一步。当前,我们面临经济转型、教育转轨时期,社会需要崇高的、共同的道德规范。因此,在师德建设中能否弘扬公民道德建设、精神文明建设、人文师德建设的旗帜,用师德的提高和振兴推动人的自由全面发展和人类社会的全面进步,是一个十分突出的课题。对师德教育注入人文精神,让师德建设变得富有人情味,以此解放教师心灵和情感,从而使每一个教师得到充分的道德自我教育、完善和发展。
