1病例报告患者,女,70岁。主因发现外鼻肿物2个月于2016年8月5日就诊于我院。患者于2个月前发现外鼻肿物,起初肿物呈麦粒状大小,色灰白,质韧,近期肿物增大,大小约2.5cm×2.5cm,表面不光滑,肿物中心可见溃疡。患者既往体健,无家族遗传病病史、传染性疾病病史、皮肤外伤史。体检:患者一般情况可,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,各系统检查未见异常。专科检查:外鼻无畸形,右侧鼻
1 case report patients, female, 70 years old. The main cause of external nasal tumor found 2 months on August 5, 2016 in our hospital. The patient found an external nasal tumor 2 months ago.
