随着服务经济在国民经济中地位日益重要,越来越多的学者开始研究服务创新问题。顾客参与服务创新过程既是满足顾客需求的需要,也是服务创新过程本身的需要,其中一个重要的原因就在于顾客参与有利于促进顾客知识转移。本文基于社会资本的视角,对顾客参与服务创新和顾客知识转移关系的有关文献进行了综述研究,并构造了以社会资本三个维度为中介机制的理论模型。
With the growing importance of the service economy in the national economy, more and more scholars began to study the issue of service innovation. Customer participation in service innovation process is not only the need to meet the needs of customers, but also the needs of service innovation process itself. One of the important reasons is that customer participation helps to promote customer knowledge transfer. Based on the perspective of social capital, this paper reviews the literature about the relationship between customer participation in service innovation and customer knowledge transfer, and constructs a theoretical model that uses the three dimensions of social capital as the intermediary mechanism.
