就全球产业转移的趋势而言,战后发达国家向发展中国家转移的主要是低附加价值的加工制造业,他们只是把后者当成是其整个资本运作的加工基地。核心化和虚拟化,是跨国企业整合外部资源的有效途径。
In terms of the trend of global industrial transfer, the post-war developed countries are mainly transferring low-value-added processing and manufacturing industries to developing countries. They simply regard the latter as the processing base for their entire capital operation. Core and virtualization are the effective ways for multinational enterprises to integrate external resources.
