我们对铅、镉的碘化物的极谱性能进行了研究,发现在弱酸性介质中,铅、镉均能以PbI_4~(2-)、CdI_4~(2-)络离子形式吸附在滴汞表面上,在示波极谱仪上能产生灵敏度较高的导数极谱波。利用这两个波能同时测定铅和镉。实验确定底液适宜条件为9%NaAc·3H_2O-0.45%吡啶-0.014%动物胶-0.14%六次甲基四胺-2%KI-1.4%抗坏血酸-2%HBr溶液。
