2005年3月18日,中央纪委常委会审议通过《纪检监察机关查处的“七类案件”办理程序及其文书式样(试行)》,并决定在全国纪检监察机关试行。这项重大举措改变了过去长期以来对“七类案件”所涉及的人员给予纪律处分及提出处理建议的办理程序及其文书式样不够统一、规范、科学的状况。为使广大纪检监察干部更好地理解和掌握该规定的内容,我们约请有关专家撰写了本讲座。 On March 18, 2005, the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection examined and approved the procedures for handling seven types of cases investigated and handled by discipline inspection and supervision organs and their written designs (for trial implementation), and decided to pilot the discipline inspection and supervision organs across the country. This major move changed the long-standing unification, normative and scientific style of handling disciplinary action against people involved in the “seven types of cases” and handling procedures and their instrumentations. In order for the majority of discipline inspection and supervision cadres to better understand and grasp the content of this regulation, we have invited relevant experts to write this lecture.
