目的探讨健康教育路径在精神科护理中的应用效果。方法将精神科患者160例按照患者入院时间随机分为试验组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),试验组患者应用健康教育路径表对患者实施健康教育,对照组患者实施精神科常规的健康宣教,对比2组患者的护理满意度、意外事件发生率。结果试验组患者的护理满意度为100.00%高于对照组的87.50%,意外事件发生率为40.00%低于对照组的81.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制健康教育路径应用于精神科优质护理中具有显著效果,可以减少精神科病房的安全隐患,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of health education in psychiatric nursing. Methods 160 cases of psychiatric patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80) according to the time of admission. The patients in the experimental group were given health education on the path of health education, Routine health education, compared with two groups of patients’ satisfaction with nursing care, the incidence of accidents. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in trial group was 100.00% higher than 87.50% of control group, and the incidence of accidents was 40.00% lower than that of control group (81.25%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The path of self-made health education applied to psychiatric quality nursing has a significant effect, which can reduce the potential safety hazard of psychiatric ward and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
