护理在整个医疗中占有举足轻重的地位，直接影响医疗质量、医疗风险和患者的满意度。基于对儿科护理质量的重要性的认识，我们引入团队管理理念，分工协作，提高护理质量[1，2]。如何探讨一条有效的高效低风险途径，将风险因素降至最低限度，是护理工作者的一个重要课题。我科借鉴兄弟单位经验[3]，于2013年9月成立了儿科护理团队，明确各护理小组的管理职责及工作内容，训练护理人员，提高业务素质，分析住院患者的安全隐患，增强风险防范意识，实行百分制零缺陷考核，减少了护理安全事件的发生频次，获得良好效果、现报告如下：“,”Pediatric patients due to the particularity of its physiological and psychological aspects,an only child,and the families of high expectations,zero tolerance,have higher requirements,higher risks,how to explore an ef ective and ef icient low-risk way,reducing risk factors to a minimum,so as to improve the nursing quality of pediatric patients,is an important task of nursing workers.I use for reference the experience of brothers unit,founded in September 2013 the pediatric care team,clear management responsibilities and work content of each nursing team training of nursing staf ,improve the quality of the business,the analysis of hospitalized patients with potential safety hazard,strengthen the consciousness of risk prevention and centesimal system zero defect assessment,improves the nursing quality,reduced the occur ence frequency of the nursing security incidents,to obtain good results.
