随着时代的进步,社会的发展,中国越来越走向国际化,越来越多的中国人走出中国,走向世界,走向国际化,同时,英语也逐渐成为所有人都必须运用的一种国际化语言,这就意味着我们必须努力将英语学好,才能够更好的在社会中立足。虽然现在我们大部分学生都学习了好几年甚至十多年英语,但是大多数学生却很难将英语运用到实际生活的交流中,这对大学生毕业之后在社会中的立足有着非常大的影响,同时,这也可以反映出中国大学生英语教学存在很多诟病,这些诟病直接影响着大学生英语的教学。本文就中西方文化背景差异下大学生英语教学中存在的问题进行了简要的探析,并对此相应的提出了提高大学生英语教学的质量的建议。 With the progress of the times and the development of society, China has become more and more internationalized. At the same time, this can also reflect a lot of criticism of Chinese college English teaching, these criticisms directly affect the teaching of college English. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems of undergraduates ’English teaching under the differences of Chinese and Western cultural backgrounds, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the quality of undergraduates’ English teaching accordingly.
