目前街头食品状况普遍存在着“三差一劣”现象,即个人卫生差,制作食品卫生差,销售卫生差,食品质量劣,给人民群众身体健康带来很大危害。分析其原因主要有以下几点: (1)在发展街头食品的同时忽视了食品卫生。(2)治理街头食品卫生的措施不力,对不法商贩处罚较轻,故屡禁不止。(3)街头食品卫生管理力量薄弱,缺少专职食品卫生监督人员,经营商贩逃避检查的机会很多。(4)食品卫生法宣传普及不够,从业人员法制观念淡薄。(5)职
At present, the prevalence of street food situation is the phenomenon of “three bad and one inferior”, that is, poor personal hygiene, poor hygiene in food production, poor health in sales and poor food quality, which bring great harm to the people’s health. Analysis of the main reasons for the following: (1) in the development of street food at the same time ignore the food hygiene. (2) The measures to tackle street food hygiene are not effective and the penalties imposed on unscrupulous traders are relatively low.
