通过对上海铁路局阜阳工务段调度工作职责范围、日常工作、工作流程的调查分析,提出了铁路工务调度管理工作中需要解决的问题,针对存在问题,对建立工务调度信息管理系统进行探讨。工务调度管理工作在铁路新体制下,必须尽快适应铁路发展的需要,实施对铁路工务安全生产过程的控制、指挥、监督等,从而实现对工务工作信息化、规范化、科学化管理。
Through the investigation and analysis of the responsibility scope, daily work and work flow of dispatching work in Fuyang Public Works Section of Shanghai Railway Bureau, the problems that need to be solved in the dispatching work of railway public works are put forward. In view of the existing problems, the establishment of public dispatching information management system is discussed. Public Works Dispatch Management Under the new railway system, we must adapt to the needs of railway development as soon as possible and implement the control, command and supervision over the safe production of railway public works so as to realize informatization, standardization and scientific management of public works work.
