应用瑞典红外热象仪对278例鼻及鼻窦正常和有病对象进行了热象观测,阐述了热象术的原理和检测方法。对118例鼻面部正常型热象提出了分型方案,测出了98例鼻面部各代表部位的皮温值。对160例鼻及鼻窦不同疾病组的异常型热象进行了显著性差异的检验和比较。还就热象术的应用范围等问题进行了讨论。 In this paper, 278 cases of nasal and sinus normal and diseased objects were observed by thermography using the Swedish infrared thermometer. The principle and method of thermography were described. A total of 118 cases of normal nasal heat type were put forward, and the skin temperature values ​​of 98 representative nasal parts were measured. 160 cases of nasal and sinus diseases in different groups of abnormal thermal imaging were tested for significant differences and comparison. Also discussed the application of thermography and other issues were discussed.
