茺蔚子为临床常用中药,具有活血调经、清肝明目之功效。主治月经不调、经闭痛经,产后淤血、目赤肿痛、翳障、头晕胀痛等症。茺蔚子历代炮制方法较多,现今仅沿用了“净制”和“炒制”两法。为继承改进其炮制方法和理论,使之更好的发挥疗效,我们选其水溶性成分含量为质量指标,对不同炮制方法制得的炮制样品进行了实验比较,初步结果介绍如下。实验部分一、药物来源与样品制备1.药物来源 Wei Weizi is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and has the effect of regulating blood circulation and clearing the liver and eyesight.
