口腔正畸临床数码摄影是正畸治疗中重要的环节,是医生临床诊断的基础,为诊疗提供可靠的依据,增强患者对诊疗的信心,同时也能避免一些不必要的医疗纠纷。通过拍摄口内像、面像可更好的掌握每一位错牙合患者的临床情况,观察患者在矫治前、矫治中及矫治结束时的颜面形态的对称性、颜面肌肉的协调性、牙齿的美观性及牙牙合整体的功能性等。作为护理人员,拍摄时应充分体现人文关怀,做好患者的心理护理工作,让患者在完成每一个阶段的口腔摄影中放松心情,积极配合。因此,正畸临床数码摄影是正畸科医生及护士日常工作中必不可少的技术课程。
