现阶段我国经济进入了高速发展的时期,在全球经济处于下行的时期,要进一步开拓区域发展的新的空间,谋划区域发展的新局面,发挥出区域经济发展的新动力,这就需要充分调动国内国际的两方面的资源,统筹安排对外开放与区域发展,建立一种对外开放战略与区域经济发展结合起来的一种全新的战略定位。本文首先分析了齐鲁文化的优势,并对齐鲁文化融入国家一带一路战略提出了相应的对策。
