加强实践教学,对学生正确理解企业管理的相关课程内容、增强学习兴趣、形成管理技能、培养适应社会需要的合格人才具有重要意义。本文从分析传统教学对实践教学的忽视所带来的缺陷入手,就《企业管理原理》教学中建立以培养学生管理思维能力和实践能力为本的教育理念、以此为引导开展实践性教学的改革进行了介绍和探讨,并提出了完善实践性教学环节、加强体系建设的对策建议。
Strengthening practice teaching is of great significance to students’ correct understanding of relevant course contents of enterprise management, enhancement of learning interest, formation of management skills, and cultivation of qualified personnel adapted to the needs of society. This article starts from the analysis of the defects brought by the neglect of the traditional teaching in practice teaching, and establishes the education idea based on the cultivation of students’ management thinking ability and practical ability in the teaching of “Principles of Business Administration” as a guide to carry out practical teaching The reform was introduced and discussed, and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the practical teaching links and strengthen the system construction.
